Hava Kabilo

Hava Kabilo leads the firm's Medical Malpractice Department. Having trained and qualified within the firm, she represents physicians, hospitals and medical institutions exclusively in defence proceedings.

She manages high-complexity negligence litigation, including matters involving multi-disciplinary expert evidence, parallel regulatory exposure and significant financial risk. Her work requires careful orchestration of medical documentation, expert coordination and strategic procedural positioning.

Hava focuses on case architecture from the outset — defining evidentiary strategy, expert engagement and trial trajectory early in proceedings. She regularly appears before District and Magistrates' Courts and is involved in appellate work where required.

Her practice reflects analytical discipline, procedural command and a structured defence methodology tailored to high-exposure claims.
