A technology-forward litigation firm.
Strategy before argument.
Built for the unpredictable.
Precision over noise.
Complexity, refined.
Lior Perry Law Firm, established in 2010, is a boutique litigation practice organised around two core areas of equal strategic depth and focus: civil-commercial litigation and medical malpractice defence.
Our civil and commercial litigation department represents corporate clients, insurers and business entities across sectors including real estate, infrastructure, retail, services and related industries. We handle contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, financial claims and complex commercial controversies in Magistrates' Courts, District Courts, the Supreme Court and in arbitration proceedings. These matters frequently involve significant financial exposure and reputational sensitivity, requiring disciplined preparation and strategic clarity at every stage.
In parallel, the firm operates a dedicated medical malpractice defence department, representing physicians, clinics and medical institutions in complex negligence proceedings. Our work in this field is exclusively defence-oriented and requires meticulous evidentiary analysis, coordination with medical experts and precise procedural execution.
The firm does not treat litigation as a volume exercise. Every case is handled as a structured strategic operation. Strategy precedes argument. We define the legal architecture of the case, identify evidentiary leverage points and prepare every matter with trial readiness as the baseline standard.
Technology is embedded throughout our operations. We maintain fully digital case management systems, secure document environments and internally developed advanced tools designed to enhance analytical efficiency and confidentiality. Operational discipline, information security and direct partner involvement are integral to our practice.
Whether in complex commercial disputes or high-exposure medical defence proceedings, the firm's objective remains consistent: controlled representation, strategic coherence and results-driven litigation conducted with professional restraint.
